Stretching

In this class, we combine dynamic stretching, PNF techniques, and static stretching to specifically improve flexibility, mobility, and body control. Each session is structured to gently prepare, mobilize, and stretch muscles to increase long-term range of motion, improve posture, or even learn specific skills.

No matter your age or level, stretching is equally important for everyone to maintain mobility, prevent injuries, and keep the body fit.
